There is a reason why Ledger Petroleum® focuses on existing income producing ownership interests in proven production. It’s common sense. As small interest owners, we are not responsible for the direct day-to-day operations of our properties. We do not need a large workforce that requires salaries and benefits. We do not need to purchase or maintain equipment. Therefore, our oil and gas assets cost very little to manage and our overhead is minimal…and we still receive all the benefits of ownership. In addition, small interests are plentiful and can oftentimes be acquired for tremendous value. Low overhead and attractive bottom line acquisition opportunities set the stage for profit potential.

Each year we investigate thousands of potential oil and gas investment opportunities with a focus on acquiring properties with a proven production record and documented cash flow. We believe that our selective approach––backed by nearly 70 years combined experience in identifying properties with strong performance profiles––helps mitigate some of the uncertainty of investing in producing oil and gas wells.
